Explosion-proof Francis fan is between the axial and centrifugal fan of a new type of fan, which has a centrifugal fan and high pressure axial fan capacity, high efficiency, low power consumption, low noise, installation Convenience. This series fan design novel, compact structure, small size, light weight, easy installation, compared with the old centrifugal fan can save 20%. Can replace 2000Pa, low pressure centrifugal fan.

Fan mainly by the impeller, chassis, import current collector, deflector, explosion-proof motor and other components. The impeller adopts the bent plate blade with the accelerating feature of meridian to be welded on the wheel hub, and has good aerodynamic performance after being checked by dynamic balance and speeding test. Chassis with a circular, and muffler function collector connected into a whole. The outlet is equipped with guide vanes, which has good airflow distribution ability and stable pressure.
