Explosion-proof HVAC are mainly composed of explosion-proof integral air-conditioning units, air ducts, explosion-proof dampers and explosion-proof control boxes. The unit introduces the air in the cabin into the air conditioning system through the air duct for circulation, and supplements fresh air from the safe area to ensure the normal positive pressure value in the analysis room. The unit mixes the return air with the fresh air and processes it into comfortable air and sends it into the analysis room, and ensures that the positive pressure range in the room is between 25-75Pa (adjustable).

Cooling capacity range from 6kw to 36kw, cooling only or cooling and heating dual temperature model optional.

Certification: ATEX/IECEx/CNEx/EAC Ex

For hazardous gas areas as Zone 1&2, where need units with refrigeration, dehumidification, heating, Ventilation, maintaining indoor positive pressure and other functions.

Applicable to petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries where there are flammable and explosive gas instrument control rooms, laboratories, measurement rooms, analysis rooms and other places
