For products within the warranty period, we will guide the faults that cannot be solved by telephone and will provide you with door-to-door service according to our promised door-to-door service response time. For China domestic business, our service engineers will make an appointment with you by phone according to your location and arrive at the repair site within 24-48 hours.
we are not responsible for products failure due to improper use of your unit or other natural factors caused by equipment damage during the warranty period. Outside the warranty period, if quality problems occur, we will actively cooperate with the technical consulting of the equipment and parts paid preferential supply.
