Explosion proof air conditioner refrigerant caculation method
In the factory,our products have been filled in according to the design of quantitative refrigerant. In the installation of the project, if the connection pipe between the indoor unit and the external unit exceeds 10m,refrigerant needs to be added to the system to make the system run normally. The amount of refrigerant added is calculated according to the following formula:
Add the amount of refrigerant (kg) = unit length of liquid refrigerant Add the amount (kg / m) × the total length of the extension of the liquid pipe (m).Among them, "the unit length of liquid refrigerant added amount" shown in Table 1, and
Extend the total length of the liquid pipe (m) = (total length of the liquid pipe -10) (m) + equivalent length of each local component (m)The "equivalent length of each local component" can be found in Table 2.

Refrigerant addition=0.112*(15+0.24*3+0.08-10)=0.6496(kg)
